Girl Lost 136KG Preventing Just One HABIT (Tips Included)

 
"Man Can Do Anything" It's a sentence but a girl from America named Lexi Reed proved that a girl also can do anything. Lexi Reed believed in themselves and made their weight loss journey possible. Lexi Reed is indeed an inspiring woman and here we will tell you how she lost over 136 Kilogram weight just in two years from 220 Kilograms. 

 

 
 
Lexi Reed told that no doubt her husband supported her. She said it all started with simple things, Lexi explained "At the beginning of January 1, 2016, I set a new year's resolution with my husband to lose weight. We were fed up with the life that we were living and all the things that we were not able to do together as a couple, such as traveling on an airplane, going on romantic walks, and going hiking or biking and we also feared if we did not get our health under control, we would never be able to start a family". 
 
 
 
She also told that how processed food was always on her menu because her parents never cooked. Then at the beginning of 2017, she and her husband got a challenge from their best friend which was no dinning out, no soda, no alcohol or cheat meals. Also working out for 30 minutes five times weekly was must. During this challenge and later on, Lexi decided to swap all the unhealthy food she was eating with healthier versions.  
 
 
 


She had cheat days, vacations with no counting calories, but she never gave up. Her typical menu included:

Breakfast: 2 Eggs and 3 Pieces of Butterball turkey bacon. Snack: Banana with peanut butter.
Lunch: Chicken breast and sweet potato. Snack: Light Mozzarella Stick.
Dinner: Blackened salmon, cottage cheese and asparagus.

She gave advice that "Start Small, Small changes add up to big results and focus on each day, not how far you have to go".
